This presentation will explore the diversity and richness a garden can bring to our lives. We look at the multi-purposes of the garden, all year round, as another room outside, and Organics as the message of hope!
The key is in the way we regard the soil... For quality food, for health, taste, to take in and hold carbon, for recycling water, reducing food miles, preventing further global warming!
We show a range of crops, however small your garden can give: Potatoes, Salads, Garlic, Fruit, Herbs many more of the thousands of edible plants with a host multi-nutrients, vitamins, minerals and special flavours.
We can save some money, and take a measure of control of our lives, even in an apartment space.
